I can see white urine in the end sometimes while urinating. I have no pain no problems. I ejaculate regularly.

However I am thin.

In past 5 years sometimes I am a regular smoker like 3 cigarettes per day and sometimes occasional smoker like 1cigrate in 15 days. I was never a regular smoker for a year. From past 4 months I take 1cigrate in 15 days.

What the problem is. Is it something serious like prostate cancer?

Hi,

Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you out. It’s very difficult to predict or rule out prostate cancer. Usually, the patient has symptoms of urinary obstruction but these may not always be there. To rule out the prostate cancer, an ultrasound of the prostate should be done, along with a digital rectal examination and a tumor marker called prostate specific antigen. Please do consult a urologist for the same. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
