My tongue has had a white coating for the past 2 months, ive tried 3 different anti fungals and an oral surgeon told me he dosent think it is thrush. I've been scrubbing my tongue with a tongue scrubber for a month and it gets rid of all but the back of the tongue. Today i noticed my tonsils are very enlarged with holes in them, the roof of my mouth is yellow, and my throat has white on it... I get headaches at least once every other day and i get stomach ache if i eat a large meal, occasionally acid reflex. Already tried clotrimazole, fluconazole, and nystatin to little to no different.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Scrapable white coating is benign and either a thrush o dehydration or poor oral hygiene and nothing to worry about. Just seek an oral hygienist or a dentist and let them help. Supportive care will get you through.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
