hi! no matter i spit there's always a sticky white mucous coming from the back of my throat. From time to time my colds get worse and the mucous becomes yellow but after my colds subside it becomes white again. I'm over 40 and i'm sufferring this for many years and now i have a constant feeling of body fatigue or tiredness specially with on my legs. my father died on his sixties with naso-pharaengal cancer.I'm so worried and not yet ready to be like my father.
