Hi im 26 yrs old and for the last 2 weeks every few hours theres a build up of white substance which i presume is sperm under my foreskin for no apparent reason and if i leave it it dries up around there so obviously i clean it as soon as i see a build up , it also seems itchy in tht department and half way down penis looks to me as if penis is coming inwards if that makes sense. Its really getting me down now and worrid sick and im just wanting a little advice and any suggestions on what it could be ?
