Okay...this might sound like a really odd question...but does anyone else have this problem...on the sides of where my clit is...I get a while creamy substance everyday...just a little bit..I dk if it's from wiping, like if it's leftover toilet paper or what...but it's creamy-ish..it's not an infection or anything...because I've had it my whole life...but it really bothers me because I dk if it's normal or not...I have larger inner labia...so it's like between the area next to my clit and right above my labia..like in a little pocket lol. Is this normal..and if so..what is it...Thanks!

IT sounds like vaginal yeast. This is an overgrowth of naturally occurring bacteria and happens when a yogurt-like substance called candida albicans grows more than our body can handle. I've had it all my life, too. Try to stop eating sugar and breads and pasta, if possible and you'll notice that the discharge disappears.

It might be smegma. The hood skin secretes an oil to keep everything healthy and lubricated inside the hood (can you imagine if your hood stuck to your clitoris? It would be very painful to move.)This oil combines with dead skin cells to form smegma, the white substance that you are seeing. Boys also get it under their foreskin right at the bottom ridge where their foreskin joins the penis shaft.

You should pull your hood back regularly and wash with clean water or unscented soap. Do not use any scented products on your vulva.

Take care and remember, no scented products.
