Are these white stains pre-cum? Could he have masterbated or could he be having an affair? Precum normally comes out when he is aroused. Could this be something else? Please help

Hmmm...are the stains on the outside or the inside? To be honest why would he have sex in his underwear if he has a wife? He probably masturbates while at work or something....
