Q: white spots on nipples

hi,
i recently have noticed tiny white spots on my nipples. ive read other topics on this but im not sure my symptoms are the same i have little white spots on my aureole area but not on the ring around it just on the actual nipple im concerned because im sure ive never seen them and my boyfriend is sure he hasnt as well. i just gotten off my period maybe a week and a half ago and i feel tenderness in my boob. its not very painful but enough for me to notice it. i have felt a little discomfort in my stomach but that also could be because im feeling alittle paranoid im not on any birth control and havent been for a while thats why im concerned but i have been using condoms. any help you can give me is greatly appreciated.

You are at the mid-point of your cycle, you'd only just be ovulating now. That can cause some breast discomfort.

If you aren't wishing to become pregnant, birth control is a necessity! They have free and low cost birth control supplies at planned parenthood.

i have the exact same symptoms, i found a lump on my left breast also and went to my gp and was told to do a pregnancy test. i also feel like i have the start of a urine infection.these were all the symptoms i had when i fell pregnant with my 1st child...im on the pill but i have forgot to take it on many occasions. is this signs on me being pregnant? im too scared to do a test.
