Hi, for the past 2 weeks my breasts have been realy sore n i also have white spots on my nipples what could this be?

Sore breasts with white sots can be due to abscess in breast or due to a rash. It is difficult to comment without examination. Please do not ignore this and consult a doctor. Take care!
