Q: White spots on foreskin

i have these spot like things on my penis on the fourskin some are red and some have white heads,theres a large cluster of them on one side of my penis and on the other side just one or two of the spots i have no idea what this is and it seems they're growing in numbers over the years can you please help me?

If they look like small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis, and sometimes on the head of the penis, could be benign growth known as Fordyce's spots.
They are common appearance and develop as sebaceous glands not associated with hair follicles.
They aren't caused by a STD.
