I'm an 18 yr old student currently sitting very stressful exams. within the last few days small White headed spots hav appeared on my genitals and on my upper inside thighs. the spots are now spreding around my body in random places. the area around my genital area has become very itchy, tender and painful. this is causing me a lot of worry at a very stressful time and I don't hav time or money to visit the doctor. any idea what this could be?

I'm not sure. It could be some type of hives that are due to stress. A visit to the school nurse might be a cheap option. Or if you are at university, they have a student medical facility that is free/low cost for students.

Have you been having unprotected sex? Could it be sexually transmitted?
