Q: white spots around clitoris, itchy ONLY at night

ok. well, i have only had a penis inside me twice. not had i guess your typical idea of sex. so yeah.

Anyway, I've had an itchy vulva for quite sometime.
There are these white spots on my majora, and they look almost like the beginning of a canker sore in the mouth. they are pretty small probably about the size of 1/4 a regular pencil eraser.
what i've noticed though...is that they only ITCH during the night.
During the day it's not like, uncomfortable or anything...it's only at night that it starts to itch.

have any ideas? thnks.

Extremely eHealthy
It is either an infection or a sexually transmitted disease like herpes. From what you described, it sounds like the latter. Either way, you will need to see a health care provider to diagnose it.

Leaving it untreated will endanger your health and the health of the third penis to get inside you.
