Q: white spot on foreskin

I have 2 white spots on the foreskin of my penis and it itches lit bit. It does not burn or anything. I did not have sex or anything for over a year. I used to masterbet frequently by doing phone sex with my wife. Then, I used to wipe my penis with the same towel everyday.
I stopped masturbating it got little better. Is this some kind of bacterial infection? Can u suggest some medicine?
