White spots on the white matter, can be seen in numerous conditions and they are more commonly seen as we grow older.
Presence of these white matter spots on brain MRI has to be correlated to the history of symptoms, clinical examination and other investigations, to be explained with some certain diagnosis.
Also, these spots can be suggestive for multiplex sclerosis, but other criteria, also, need to be satisfied to make a definite diagnosis of MS.
So, this MRI result can be nothing serious, but, it's good the MS to be excluded by performing additional examinations.
Be aware that although, headache is not a common symptom of MS, some reports suggest that people with MS have an increased incidence of certain types of headache, even experiencing vascular or migraine type of headache as the first symptom of MS.

Can you ask for referral for neurologist?
Have you noticed some problems with your eyes and vision?
Do you get some strange sensations in your arms?
