I have a white scab on the side of my penis and will not heal, it drys up from time to time and cuts, it gives me no pain and its no STD or anything, i just want to know will it ever go away because its been there for like 6 months now?

How do you know that it is not an STD?

Any sore that does not heal needs medical attention....
