white rings around the inner wall of vagina.

Vagina infection??

she thinks she has a 'wide set vagina' as she likes to call it.
and she says that inside her vagina is a white ring sort of thing around it.
and then around the white, it is very red. she has no itching. no burning.
she does have discharge alot, which is thick and white, sometimes clear. it doesn't smell bad or anything.
but she wants to know what this white stuff around her inner vagina could be?
could it be chlamydia, not washing properly, cervical cancer, shaving, yeast infection or something else?
