Q: White powder around penis
asked by: DoctorQuestion on April 15th, 2009
Doc, I stupidly had unprotected sex with an unknown military girl. We met online and went out on date the next day. After the date, she took me to her military base. In the room, I was very reluctant to make a move because I didn't have condom on me. However, she invited me to sit with her on the bed. After a few conversation I lost control. Immidiatly I inserted the penis inside, I started feeling a burning pain at the tip of my penis. within 2mns I ejaculated and quickly pulled out and put on my pant. After I got home, and went into the bathroom, there was a lot of white powder stuff around my penis. On the 7th-day, I started feeling muscle tension on my shoulder, waste, dull whiles the burning pain inside and around my penis continues OF/ON. I have been so worried of HIV and other STDs. Im so worried. i planned to do STD Test after a month time. Any Advice or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

According to the data you provided, you might be experiencing penile inflammation called balanitis caused by infection. What bacteria caused the infection can not be told without urethral swab with antibiogram in order to determine the most effective antibiotic as treatment.
