Q: white/pinkish spots on body

The first time i noticed this was when i was in highschool.. i think if i remebered it right i was a freshman at that time. I noticed some small white spots on my back. Then now i am in 4th year college i noticed it spread all over my body legs shoulders neck.. I have tried to consult a doctor, the doctor gave me some prescription but it didnt work. Can anybody help me? badly need help
