my baby has little white pimple like stuff in her tongue. I dont know if serious or i shouldnt worry about it?

A common cause of white spots and patches in an infant’s mouth and tongue is thrush (a yeast infection), this is easily treated. See your pediatrician for confirmation and treatment.
