The bumps are normal and simply mean that your skin produces extra oil...DO NOT POP THEM OR SQUEEZE THEM! This will cause them to open and get infected which is when they become red swollen and painfull. Let them alone and stay clean and you will be fine. Millions of other men are the same as you. The little bumps will always be there, though over the years as your skin ages and changes they may go away, so just relax and let them go and they will stay small. My girlfriend actually says she likes them because they stimulate her much like a studded condom. Now keep in mind that she is aware of what they are and knows that they are of no danger to anyone.
