Q: White pimples on gentials

Hello doctor,
I am Venkatesh 19years old doing engg.I am observing some sort of white pimples like things on my gentials(testis), till now I dont have any intercourse with any one.First I thought they might be like pimples,but after knowing that the pimples would not come there i was scraing. Recently in one article I read about prostate cancer and i was hapless in listening to that,I am worrying about my Future.please reply me soon doctor.

What you have are probably sebaceous cysts that are swollen, blocked grease glands looking like yellowish pimples.
They are harmless, but if they become infected (red and sore) you may visit a genitourinary clinic.

Doctor,
Thanks for your reply,They are not disappearing and if i squeeze them ,a white material is coming out(its not in liquid form) just like thin wire ,and iam worrying about my future.can u please tell will it lead to any cancer,recently i have gone through one article thats why i feel scared.
