This past saturday, I slept with my girlfriend and yesterday I noticed 4 white pimples in different areas in my pubic region that sits in the middle of my hair.. did not popped them ,nothing came out they just scratched right off.. i guess they popped on there own.. are the white pimples caused from pubic hairs being pulled hard or being brushed back in forth?

Extremely eHealthy
STDs do not cause pimples, or bumps on the skin that may look like pimples in the genital area.
Due to sweating too much in the genital area, and due to constant friction with cloth, sweating glands can become blocked. This leads to the formation of a bump filled with a liquid that looks like pus.
They disappear on their own in a few days.
They may reappear again, but, showering regularly, not wearing to thigh clothes, washing with an antibacterial soap, should decrease their relapse.

Best wishes!
