Q: white patches on vagina

ok so i just noticed that i have these white bumpy like patches on/in my vagina. theres no discharge and no foul smell.i've only been with one guy in the past 5 or 6 months and he's clean, but i havent actually had sex in a month or so, and its just now showin up? i have no idea what it could be?? any ideas?please help asap!

get your doctor to biopsy the skin for lichen sclerosis.
it is an inflammatory skin condition that requires steriod treatment.
It has nothing to do with STD's.
most doctors have never even heard of it.
