Hi I just found out 2 weeks ago that I have systemic lupus and I am 18. I started meds and treatment. When at first we thought I had just arthritis, i started taking methotrexate and it gave me oral thrush so I was put on meds to get rid of that. I have noticed red (painless) sores on the insides of my cheeks which I know is normal for lupus. I have also noticed various white patches on the inside of of my mouth (sides of cheeks and lips). Does anyone else experience this? They do not hurt they just feel different and if i use my finger nail they just rub right off it's really just like loose skin I guess would be the best way to describe it. I'm not sure I'm new to this and I didnt notice this when I had the oral thrush so I was wondering if anyone experiences the same thing. Thanks for the help! (
