Hi, im a 14 year old boy and i have had white marks all over the shaft and on the testicles, also if i pull back the foreskin there are white dots on the bottom of the head. Also, it may be unrelated, but i have had a wart on my lower back, where you can feel the middle of the tail bone.

I am really concerned as this has been there for over a year, I want to know what is going on. I know that it cannot be an STD/STI because I have never had sex.

Basically what I want to know is how serious it is, is there anything I can do at home, or will I have to go to a clinic?

Any answers will be much appreciated!

i have been looking at similar symptoms in different forums, it looks like it is probably either pearly penile paupules orr calcium deposits, but there are so many of them and one very large one which hurts if you squeeze it

i've come to the conclusion that it cannot be calcium deppsits. Because the large on has popped while masturbating and pus has oozed out - only a little bit but still.

I have spoken to some friends who think this is normal, but i am not convinced! this cannot be normal and from sex education i have never seen this.

Can someone please help?
