Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
The lump that you are describing could be a blocked Bartholin gland duct or sebaceous cyst. If the tenderness and redness do not come down in 24 hours, get it examined by a gynecologist (not your regular doctor) to know what it is due to. Once the cause is identified, you can be treated accordingly. If there are no other associated symptoms, you can leave it alone. If any pus, fever, pain, burning, itching develop, do not delay your visit to gynecologist. Do not try to squeeze it again.
Take care.
