White lump on testicle

My boyfriend and I are trying to get pregnant and cant seem to. My boyfriend who is 24 yrs old has a whitish lump on the outside of his left/right testical, i cant remember right now, and I was wondering if this could be cancer and if it could affect us getting pregnant. We cant get him tested for it b/c we dont have any kind of health insurance. If someone could reply to this letting me know what they think plz.

p.s he said it showed up when he was around 12yrs old.

It is highly unlikely that this chronic (and therefore, likely benign) scrotal skin mass has anything to do with your boyfriend's fertility.
