I have been having urinary irritation coupled with back and abdominal pain of late. I could also see that there is a white fluid thats coming out of my vagina once in a while. I havent had sex with anyone. This topic is very new to me and hence i am confused to the hilt as to what could be the reason. I have kissed one of my friends on the lip and i am sure that it was the only act of me touching any male. Please help with your suggestions as what might be the reasons for this

Sounds like a UTI (urinary tract infection).
You should go to the doctor, if it is a UTI then you'll be put on antibiotics.
