Hey first post and first time talking about this haha

i've ALWAYS had like little white/fleshy colored bumps around my foreskin

mainly if i pull my foreskin back they become visible

they do not hurt. and i'm not brave/stupid enough to even attempt popping one Confused

when i get an erection my foreskin goes almost completely past my penis head (glands?) but not quite All the way

hope someone can help -.- was thinking of posting pictures but i don't think i'm allowed

Sounds like pearly penile papules to me. Nothing to worry about. There's no problems with having them, I have them. Have a search on the internet for them. Commonly get them on the underside of the glans and on the foreskin.

As for not being able to pull your foreskin back all the way when erect - I don't know if it'd class as Phimosis. If it is it's a mild case. You can find stretching exercises which you perform when you're in the bath. If after a few months (it could take less than that, it depends) of doing that there's no obvious change then I'd recommend going to see your doctor. There's a number of different treatments. It's fairly unlikely that you'll need an operation (A Circumcision or a Preputioplasty) but even if you do they're very simple operations (I've had a Preputioplasty myself).

Hmm, at what age in the UK can you book doctors appointments for this kind of things without having a parent present?

also thanks for the advice, i had kinda suspected it was that(PPP) because of the strange sort of organised bands the lumps were in.

I'm not sure there is an age limit. Do you not think your parent would understand wanting to have a private appointment?
