More information!
Move to Canada where the healthcare system is concerned! I've been the go-to-gal for friends for years and asked this question for other women relentlessly for years and this is all the information that I can get:

* It is NOT an STD
* there are natural strains of yeast that become over-active with DIET that include high sugar, oil and yeast type foods like beer, bread, deepfried, or battered. Consult a Nutritionist for mild to vigorous dietary changes.
* smelly foods like onions, garlic, milk products and meat can greatly effect the smell. Personally tested, switching to a vegetarian diet once and a while helps tremendously.

Remember to keep asking questions!
