Q: white dots on penis

About a day ago i say that i saw alot of little white dots on my penis on the inside when i took them off it looks like skin is coming off. i ask my mother and she said that its nothing its just something from haveing sex too much but im getting kinda worried. it iches sometimes and the bottom of the head of my penis i see little white dots. i had some before but not a much as i see now i really need help knowing what is wrong someone please help coverears

they're called Fordyce's spots

it's not a STD but more genetic, they dont really do anything or go away
