Q: white dots on nipple

My nipple got some white dots or can be seen as a small thing appear on the skin of nipple. It just like pimple which pop up a bit, but it doesnt cause pain and it doesnt leak any liquid. What is it??? Is that dangerous?? Or it that normal??? For information, I am 18years old... Thank you very much for your reply...

Looks like a sort of dermatic thing, and doesn't seem like anything to be alarmed of. Does it feel lumpy and hard?

thanks for your reply and concern...
It is very soft... doesnt feel hard... it just like a pimple which pop out and can feel it appearance but it just white in colour...
