white dishcharge + blood

my wife with age of 27 yrs old have a littile prblem that " she is regular white dish charge persent and from last two period she is facing the problem discharge with blood spot is that indicate a big problem or any other normal thing. i want to share that in November 2011 we used a pill named ANTIPREGG to avoid the pregnancy so pls suggest it is normal or indicate any dishes. please .................
