Q: White discharge with bowel movement

Okay so this morning i had a white discharge come out with my bowel movement. But nothing else, just the white discharge and gas. It looked like a chewed up banana or something. I have also had Diarrhea for the past week and a half. Im not sure what this means. What should i do?
