Q: White Discharge ?

Sometimes, my penis gets really hard but I don't need to pee. If I rub it, in hopes of making the swelling subside, it starts to get really ticklish. If I keep rubbing it, I get this white discharge from where my urine normally comes out, and it feels really intense like I'm on a roller coaster! Help! What's wrong with me? Shocked
