For over a year now, my vagina has been coated with a white film that doesn't come off when you pick at it, and I get a LOT of very thin liquid discharge and it smells so bad! I also get discharge that is light yellow and thicker sometimes. I've been to 4 different doctors and they have checked for Bacterial Vaginosis and Yeast Infections, and it's not an STD, and nothing comes up on the tests. I KNOW this is not normal, it's not how it used to be! Does anyone know what it is, or how to cure it? I can't go to the doctor anymore because I don't have the money. Please help me!

The only thing that I can think of would be an STD of somesort but if the doctors said its not then I dont know what to tell ya! They have tests at the drugstore you can take and it will let you know if its a yeast infection, maybe its just a severe yeast infection.
Also, are you using soap to clean your vagina? if you are this could be leading to the bad odour.
