Circles under your eyes can tell you a lot about your sleep habits, hydration and water intake needs, allergies and food sensitivities. White eye circles might also warn you about much more complex health issues such as stress, adrenal exhaustion or even a kidney malfunction. I'd suggest that you see your doctor and request a visit to the dermatologist. Or of you can afford it, go directly to a derma.
