I've got these white bumps on my testicles and surrounding areas. Some of them are little, the little ones pop like zits and there's a white hardish puss... it has the look/consistancy of what you find in between an oreo cookie. If it was just these I would assume I had zits on my balls and not think much of it, but there are also bigger ones that don't pop like zits, they're actually pretty deep. I took a knife to one of them a few months ago (I've had these for about a year and a half now, I'm a virgin so I never thought about it being an STD, but I recently found out that you can have STDs w/out ever having sex) and when I got down into it I pulled the white thing out, and it was the same consistancy of what you'd find in an oreo cookie, maybe a little thicker. I pop the little ones but they always come back, and the big ones I'd have to take a knife to.
They don't itch, they don't burn, they don't hurt at all, they're just there. However I don't have insurance and money to go to a doctor is tight, but I've been turning down dates with girls for a while now for fear they'll lead to them wanting more which would lead to them seeing my junk which would lead to them refusing anything and telling everyone that I have some sort of STD. Anyways, i figure I have to go to the doctor anyways... but if there's a chance i can fix it with anything I can get over the counter it'd save me alot of worry. Any help would be much appreciated

i believe what you are talking about is not a STD at all. It is a disorder where your sweat glands in the genital area are overactive, resulting in small pimples under the skin. i too have this problem and by what i understand, it is not very uncommon. i have had them since early puberty.

This skin disorder is called sebaceous prominence or penis pimples.

if i am right and this is all your problem is, you have absolutely nothing to worry about and it cannot be transmitted to a partner like a STD. Good luck!
