Q: White bumps on penis shaft

Hello, I'm a young male who has had unprotected sex with one of my past girlfriends. I began having small white bumps on the lower part of the shaft of my penis and have since been a recluse to sexual activity. I don't know what they are, but they're kind of painful when agitated, but do not break open, bleed, or blister over as herpes is supposed to, nor do they go away, ever. Also there are not "outbreaks", they are always present, though sometimes more prevalent than others. I suspected genital warts, however they do not meet the criteria for that either. I haven't been tested for an STD since I have no health insurance, and I would like to know if anyone can offer any insight for me.

Thanks!

I wish I had more information for you, but all I can say is since you don't have health insurance, you can still go to a free clinic in your area or a Planned Parenthood if there is one nearby. Bring $5 for a donation because they will ask for one. Hope all goes well!

Extremely eHealthy
i would also bet you have genital warts...idk what else it could be..its important you get this checked and treated though..some untreated stds can cause more severe problems later on if you dont get the proper treatment..though IF it is warts there isn't much they can do for you other than get rid of them..and of course you will always have the virus which means theres a chance they can come back...just get checked out..if it is genital warts then its caused by hpv and hpv causes much more serious side effects in women(since it attacks cervical cells) than in men...
