Q: White bulge coming out of anus

Hey, so I realize this is absolutely disgusting, but I need help.
So about two days ago, I was using the toilet (going number 2), and I don't really recall having that much trouble (constipation)
, although when I was all done I felt like there was still something still there. Nothing came out and when I got home I took a mirror and looked on in there. What I saw was pretty gross, but not that bad. It looked like a kind of peanut shaped white/skin colored bulge, not that big, basically blocking up my anus. I can see that it is connected to like the inside of the anus, although for some reason it is coming out. *THIS IS GROSS- I tried pushing it in, although it would always-within 15 seconds come back in, and doing this hurt like hell. On a scale from one to ten the pain is about a 5, it is just really aggravating and I always know it is there. I do not know weather or not to tell my mom and go to a doctor-being that that would be very embarassing. I tried googling it and I came up with rectal prolapse, but I am still not sure if that is it. Also, when I sneeze the pain goes up to about a 7, but then quickly feels a little better.
PLEASE HELP-WHAT SHOULD I DO-WHAT IS IT CALLED

You need to be seen right away...this will not go away on it's own...and it is not normal...

Please don't try to self-diagnosis yourself...leave it to the professionals.
