Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Your symptoms could be suggestive of infection especially if associated with itching, burning, pain etc. Consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation (including vaginal swab/smear test to rule out infection). If there are no other associated symptoms, and if the discharge is clear, then it could also be suggestive of early sign of pregnancy (few women can experience symptoms as early as 24 hours after a fruitful intercourse).
Take care.
