Firstly to start i don't cum but i have been told this will happen when i become older. However i have other problems; under my foreskin i have white little bits which i do not know what these are, also underneath my penis i have small red marks which are in the shape of circles. Last but not least the skin at the end of my foreskin seems that it has "shrivilled up" i don't know if this that there is an infection but when i was younger i use to "rub" along the floor, however have stopped now.
If you have any tips on how to prevent this.

what may have happenend is just that when you sleep, your foreskin peels up, leaving your head exposed. This, combined with rubbing against pants can cause irritation (red spots) and dehydration of the penile head (shrivilled up). The white bits, i cant really tell what they are, probably nothing though
