I've been using the NuNatural NuStevia white stevia powder (highly concentrated extract). Each packet contains 80 mg. stevia extract, 0 calories, <1 gram sugars & maltodextrin. I get this from iHerb.com in the 100 pkt. boxes. They also offer a 1000 packet container which is 0 calories, 0 carbs, 0 sugars, .42 gram sugar alcohol and erythritol. I haven't tried this one and was wondering if anyone had any opinions regarding these 2 products. I've Googled both maltodextrin and erythritol and they both appear to be harmless natural sweetners. However, I'm wondering if the 0 sugar, 0 carb., .42 gram sugar alcohol, erythritol would be a healthier choice. I'm considering getting this one next time because it's cheaper if you buy the 1000 pkt. container. Any suggestions?

I'd think that it's best to avoid any products with additives. Stevia should come as clean as possible --- and I'd suggest that you seek a pure stevia supplement for consumption on large scale.

Stevia, the natural sweetener used by many as a healthy alternative to aspartame, is now better than ever.

Are you familiar with the NuNatural brand with maltodextrin, or would you recommend another brand? I've read that maltodextrin is usually derived from corn, but is a healthy sweetner. Any suggestions? Thanks for your reply.

Maltrodextrin is a component of maltose, a dextrodisaccharide made from from malt and starch. It is used as a sweetening agent and fermentable intermediate in brewing. I think you'll be OK with this brand.

Benefits of Stevia
I drink a bunch of this every day, about 1/2 a gallon every day. I try to drink it between meals, as it REALLY cuts my sugar cravings between meals!!
