No offense, but why would you want to give a girl the middle name "Ralph"? A lot of people don't like their middle names or are even embarrassed by them. You're going to give her one that is not only a boy's name, but also synonymous with vomiting. Please rethink this. If the name has some significance, such as being your late father's name or something, maybe change it to something that is reminiscent of that, such as Rachel, Raquel, Rafaela, etc.

As for the first name, I think Sienna is prettier.

I'm going to have to go with Sienna also, simply because Shilo is also a boy's name, and if you are insistent upon Ralph as a middle name (and I will second the vote to nix the middle name Ralph), you'd best make sure her first name is feminine.

shilo was a girls name in the neil diamond song Shilo which is where the name comes from. the middle name will be Ralph as it was my late father/grandfathers name. just wanted opinions on the first name thanks.

Then I'd go with Sienna.

Both those names are beautiful. I like Sienna better. who cares what other people think about her middle name. You should name her after your father/grandfather. Good luck with choosing.

I'd take Sienna over Shilo, I guess. If someone were forcing me to choose.

Sienna isn't a pretty color, and it's the name of some useless actress/celebrity, but at least it sounds a bit like a girl's name. Shiloh was a battle in the Civil war, and the silly spelling you have looks like 'silo,' where grain is stored on a farm.
