what is your prostate & where is it exactly in your anal rectum area?....how do people get cancer there?...........

Prostate is a gland that produces semen, fluid important for transport and nourishment of sperm.
It is located beneath the bladder and in front of rectum, but, not in anal canal (prostate gland can be touched through anal canal indirectly, there is a barrier between rectum and prostate gland)

Do you have some difficulties with urinating?
