When to start HIV treatment

I was diagnosed with HIV in december 2010, i have not been on any treatment since, my cd4 count the first time was 304 then i was on vitamin B suppliments and the cd4 count rose to 580, i haven't checked my cd4 count in almost 6 months now, i am fairly healthy, should i start HIV treatment or should i delay? Please help
