Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Your second periods without cramps and other symptoms could be suggestive of pregnancy or implantation bleeding. Your normal periods should start at the expected time (as per your first period and usual menstrual cycle length) if you are not pregnant. If you do not start your periods within 10 days of actual expected period dates, then consider getting examination and blood HCG test done by your doctor/gynecologist to confirm/rule out pregnancy. Look out for development of any other new symptoms suggestive of early pregnancy.
Take care.
