Oh my gosh....I cannot believe our luck lately. It just keeps getting worse and worse. As you all know my hubby just had an accident and our car was stolen. Well today he got fired and we got evicted. We have 72 hours to move out.

I just do not know what to do. We have tried so hard to get on our feet and do the right thing and things were good, they were great for a while and now everything we seem to have worked for is down the drain. Just like that in a matter of weeks.

We are homeless, car less and money less. I am the only one working and its just.....gosh this sucks!

Im trying my hardest to keep my cool and not cry and not feel cause my baby. Awww man.

Ok enough pity potty crap...lol

His job let him go cause he couldnt go back to work when they wanted him to. He just started with the company so he is still in his probation period. Therefore he doesnt qualify for FMLA or anything like that. So the doc gave him one more week and they didnt like it so they fired him and kicked us out. Now this is legal because we did not sign a written agreement or a lease. He works for them in exchange of 25% of the rent. So its month to month and the rent gets directly deducted from his paycheck every two weeks. Well since he hasnt been working long he hasnt had the rent come out yet. So technically we have lived there for 3-4 wks rent free. On the 15th would be our 1st rent installment. So legally they can do this to us. We cannot do anything. We kinda expected they would try to fire him just cause AZ is the right to work state, but they did not have to kick us out. But legally we are powerless.

So we are now trying to figure out where we will sleep this weekend. Now we have lots of friends and family so there wont be any sleeping on the streets. In that sense we are very lucky. But still it sure makes things hard.

We are prolly going to try to get back into our previous appt cause the lease it not broken until the end of April. But its also 1,000.00 rent. So who knows. Man this is just crazy.

I know they say God doesnt give you more than you can handle but why does he give us sooo much at one time???? LOL

That really sucks. Especially because you're pregnant. I hope things look up for you from here on out.
