Hello,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out.

You can have sex after your angioplasty as oon as you feel you are ready but allow a gap of 2 days after angioplasty. Since it has been one week in your case, you can go ahead with sexual activity after consulting your cardiologist. You may feel anxious, but sex doesn’t put any more strain on your heart.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
