Q: when is implantaion bleeding ?

okay well me and my fiance had sex while i was on my period about 3 days into it, the next day my period seemed like it wanted to stop but it was still spotting, now i'm going on the third day my period supposed to be done and i'm still spotting the blood changed from really dark read to kind of pinkish, I guess what i'm asking is could implantation bleeding happen that soon? Could the blood be pink because its mixing with my discharge? Or am i dieing?
