I have been with my boyfriend for 4years now and we are engaged. I have always been very attracted to him and i love him alot. But whenever I am haveing sex with him i always seem to get these horrad side pains in my ribs. An i don't know why i get them. An if we don't stop it just seems to get worse. I have never seemed to know the answer to this or if it happens to anyother woman.

Welcome to ehealthforum.
The pain that you get could be related to PID, or ovarian issues. If this is recurring or persisting with every intercourse that you have, then consider meeting your gynecologist for a check and to start with treatment as indicated by the examination and investigation results.
You also need to relax when having intercourse, if you keep the body stiff or have apprehension, symptoms of pain might come back.
